And recently one of these expeditions led by General Morozov lost contact with ATOM HQ.ĭue to the isolated nature of the organization, every member is considered to be a valuable asset, and as such the standard procedure in these scenarios is to send up to 3 ATOM agents to conduct an investigation. It's why ATOM regularly sends search expeditions to the Wasteland. The main task of ATOM's organization, the protagonist is part of, is the collection, restoration and re-introduction of old and new technologies, with the main goal of returning to a pre- war standard of living.
